We do not offer refunds for any completed orders.
If you are not satisfied with the soft copy provided for your framed picture, we offer an edit service to make necessary adjustments. However, additional charges may apply for edit work.


Edit Work Charges

In case of dissatisfaction with the soft copy, customers may request edits to be made. Edit charges will be determined based on the extent of the modifications required.
Once edit work charges are deducted from the total payment, the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
